How does the automatic alert work?
If you don't check in within your set time period (default is 24 hours), we will automatically send an email to your designated emergency contact with your last known status.
Is my location always shared?
No. Location sharing is optional. If enabled, we only share your last known location with your emergency contact when an alert is triggered.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly within the app. Go to Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
